GLR GIVES BACK FOR EASTER – HELPING THE HOPE HOUSE
The employees of Gendlin, Livermore & Rymer assembled 44 Easter Baskets for the Hope House of Wisconsin. All of the baskets and items were donated by employees of all three GLR offices. Additionally, each employee donated a minimum of $10.00 towards the Hope House. In return, the employees were able to wear jeans for the month of April. Our offices were proud to have helped this Easter.

One of GLR’s Lawyers @JeremyChavez serving soup at Racine’s annual Empty Bowls event which raises money for local charities that serve the poor/hungry. This year’s beneficiaries were HALO of Racine and The Racine County Food Pantry! Jeremy had the pleasure of serving with many of Racine’s elected officials and dignitaries including Judges Emily Mueller, Faye Flancher and Mark Nielsen. Judge Nielsen is pictured along side of Jeremy in the photo.

More than 18 million kids are at risk of going hungry on the weekends. That is one in four children who struggles to access food for the 65 hours they are not at school. To ensure the kids in our community have full bellies over the weekend, we donated to help provide hunger-free weekends a child this school year. Please join us, and help Blessings in a Backpack send kids home on Fridays with a backpack full of satisfying and nutritional food.
GLR IS A PROUD SPONSORS OF STREET ANGELS MILWAUKEE OUTREACH
Street Angels Milwaukee Outreach is a nonprofit volunteer-based organization that reaches into the community to restore hope by empowering individuals, inspiring others to pay it forward, and providing basic human necessities to those in need. The Angels beat the streets three nights a week and with community support they are able to offer basic necessities such as food, clothing, blankets, and hygiene items to many of the homeless population in Milwaukee. The team goes where ever they are needed in the city. Working together with other community organizations and other outreach teams, the Street Angels are making a difference in the lives of individuals and the community.
GLR helped 10 families during the holidays, providing a FREE Thanksgiving Dinner.
Gendlin, Liverman & Rymer donated a complete Thanksgiving meal to 10 families during the 2020 and 2021 seasons. The meal included: Roasted Turkey Breast, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, French Green Bean Casserole, Traditional Sage & Onion Stuffing, Roasted Turkey Gravy, dinner rolls, Cranberry Orange Relish, and Pumpkin Pie.

Exploit No More is a Milwaukee-based nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating child sex trafficking in the Greater Milwaukee area. Founded in 2013, the organization focuses on empowering survivors through aftercare services, raising public awareness, and advocating for effective anti-trafficking policies. Their mission is to ensure that all survivors of sexual exploitation are treated with dignity and have access to supportive services, enabling them to work toward their personal goals.
Gendlin, Liverman & Rymer proudly support Exploit No More’s vital work in the community. Through our sponsorship, we contribute to the organization’s efforts to provide long-term residential aftercare, educational programming, and advocacy initiatives aimed at dismantling the child sex trade in Southeastern Wisconsin. Our partnership reflects a shared commitment to creating a safer and more supportive environment for survivors of exploitation.
