Racine, WI Attorney Jeremy Chavez
Joining the firm in 2017, Jeremy T. Chavez has been practicing law since graduating from DePaul University’s College of Law in 2011. Jeremy has represented clients engaged in many areas of civil law.
While in law school, Jeremy performed a substantial amount of research on the problems civil law. Jeremy and fellow students proposed and created a law student volunteer program in conjunction with the Cook County Circuit Court that helps under-served portions of the community with free legal assistance. In 2012, Jeremy was awarded the DePaul University Benjamin Hooks Distinguished Public Service award for his many hours devoted to this project. As of 2015, the law student volunteer program helps nearly 500 individuals each year.
In his spare time, Jeremy is a very active member of his community. He is currently the Vice President of the Por La Gente Association of Racine and a board member of the Racine Youth Sports organization. Jeremy has also enjoyed coaching youth football over the past ten years.
